Returns & Repairs Policy

Return Eligibility & Timeframes
To initiate a return for defective merchandise, you must contact our team within the applicable warranty period. Once approved, your return must be shipped back within two (2) weeks of receiving authorization.

Claims for defective merchandise must be made within one (1) year from the date on your invoice.

Claims for missing parts must be reported within 30 calendar days of receiving your shipment.

Returns must be sent in the original packaging and include all original parts and documentation.

All return requests must include photos of the defect and a copy of the original invoice.
What Happens Next
If your claim is approved:

The item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced, or
-
A credit may be issued if repair or replacement is not possible.
Our default policy is to replace parts whenever possible.
Once your return has been processed and verified as defective and covered under warranty, your replacement will be shipped within a reasonable timeframe, depending on availability.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following criteria:

Must be in good, unused, and re-salable condition

Must include all original components and packaging

Must include all original documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration forms, etc.)
If returned merchandise does not meet these criteria, it may be rejected or ineligible for refund.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect present at the time of shipment, all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers packaging, labor, and transaction costs.
Return Instructions
All returns or repair requests must include the following:

A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

To obtain your RMA, email our sales team at sales@atlasboostcontroller.com.

An RMA will be issued after we confirm that the issue cannot be resolved without a return.

Proof of purchase (receipt or dated invoice).

All parts and components included in the original shipment.
Please write the RMA number on the return address label only.
Additional Warranty Coverage
If your product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will be extended by 60 days from the date of repair or replacement.

The risk of loss during return shipping remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected.
