Effective Date: January 5th, 2025

Limited One-Year Warranty

The Atlas Boost Controller is backed by a one (1) year limited warranty, which guarantees the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser who first puts the product into service (the “Purchaser”).

This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to any subsequent owners or users of the product.

Warranty Service and Conditions

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace it with a refurbished or reconditioned unit of equal value.

There is no charge for repair or replacement, except for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance, which are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a warranty claim, the following are required:

• Proof of purchase (original dated sales receipt)

• Verification of the model number

• Confirmation of the defect

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to the following:

• Use outside of the product’s original design or intended purpose

• Improper installation or unauthorized alterations

• Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or mishandling

• Damage due to natural disasters (acts of God) or vandalism

• Improper storage or exposure to extreme conditions

• Issues caused by lack of proper maintenance or care

• Normal wear and tear

• Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction

• Damage incurred during transportation

• Damage caused during assembly, disassembly, or unauthorized servicing

• Products sold as used, refurbished, or display models
